UV Resistant Marine Grade Epoxy Resin (1 Gallon Kit)

SC110 is a marine-grade epoxy that provides long-term non-yellowing protection with non-blushing and non-chalking properties. It is a non-toxic, 100% solids epoxy with UV protection additives. With a strength of 13,500 psi, SC110 can adhere to various surfaces including wood, fiberglass, metal, stainless steel, concrete, stone, canvas, and glass.

This specially formulated epoxy combines a modified cycloaliphatic amine curative with a UV absorber and a hindered amine light stabilizer. This combination prevents degradation from sunlight and offers protection with a glossy, glass-like finish. SC110 is flexible enough to withstand vibration and expansion/contraction, making it suitable for heavy traffic and extreme conditions.

In addition to bonding chemically and mechanically to the substrate, SC110 can also be blended with dyes, silica, sands, wood flour, pebbles, and other materials. This epoxy forms a polished, wear-resistant surface that is durable and unaffected by saltwater, fuel, oil, and mild acids. It offers long-term corrosion-proof and chemical resistance protection.

SC110 has a wide range of applications, including boat building, fiberglass fabricating, wood working, floor coating, and bar top finishing. It is a primerless, low odor epoxy that is self-leveling and provides high adhesion to aggregates and pavements. The kit includes pre-proportioned resin (part A) and hardener (part B) that are mixed at a 2:1 ratio by volume.
